"The Painters Perspective: Artists Among the White Hills"
Opening on September 17th @ 10a.m. to coincide with Harvestfest,
this White Mountain art exhibition and sale of contemporary landscapes
in the Hudson River School tradition will include outstanding
paintings by Benjamin Champney, Aaron Draper Shattuck, Delbert Dana
Coombs, Edward Hill, Frank H. Shapleigh, Benjamin Tupper Newman, Samuel
Colman, Charles E. Beckett, James Thorpe Flaherty, Samuel W. Griggs,
Franklin Stanwood, Hippolyte Louis Garnier, Samuel Lancaster Gerry,
Lauren Sansaricq, and Erik Koeppel.
The exhibit and sale will continue at the Dr. Moses Mason House, Tuesday thru Friday, from 1 to 4 pm, through October 14.

2. The Jackson Historical Society

"The Jackson Five," Museum exhibition of 5 artists who have or have had their studios in Jackson, NH.This show will be on display in conjunction with the 14th Annual White Mountain Art Show and Sale.
The reception will be Oct. 14th, 2016 at The Jackson Historical Society in the evening (I don't have the hour yet! usually 6p to 9p). Most of the paintings are already at the Society on view, and can be seen through the season.
