Exhibition at The Bethel Historical Society, Bethel, Maine

We're happy to announce an exhibition opening this week (July 2nd) at the Bethel Historical Society entitled Secluded Glens and Noble Landscapes: Traditional White Mountain Art Receptured. 

The show will include approximately 40 contemporary paintings by myself and Lauren Sansaricq, depicting scenes of the White Mountains. The surrounding walls will be filled with 19th Century White Mountain Art from a private collection. Only the contemporary works will be for sale.

There will be a preview weds. July 1st from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. If you haven't received an invitation, and would like to attend please feel free to contact the B.H.S. at this email address:

History Meets the Arts Show in Gettysburg, PA (also in American Art Collector #116)

The weekend of June 12 -14th will be the Gettysburg Festival this year. Lauren Sansaricq and I will be attending in person with numerous paintings to be included the History Meets the Arts exhibition, that is part of the festival. Here's the description from the festivals website.

"History Meets the Arts

Meet with over 40 artists in person during this three day event. Artists include painters, sculptors and traditional 18th century period accoutrement makers, in addition to accomplished historical book authors. The artists represent a wide variety of genres including 18th & 19th century periods, Native American, wildlife, landscape, nostalgic, and more."

This is one weekend only as follows:
 June 12 - 14th, 2015
Friday 5p-9p
Saturday 10a-7p
Sunday  10a-4p
