I Won Four Awards at the Plein Air Rockies Competition

My painting that won the People's Choice Award in progress
I had such a fun time painting in the Plein Air Rockies 2015 landscape painting competition last week hosted by the Cultural Arts Council of Estes Park, CO. I am so honored to have taken home 4 awards in the competition as follows: 1st Place in the Quick Draw Competition (to create a painting in 90min.), The Silver Award from the Town of Estes Park, The People's Choice Award, and a tie for the Artist's Choice Award.

Following are some of my photos from the event, and the paintings submitted. There is an exhibition on view until October 25th, 2015 where some of the paintings are still available for sale. For inquiries please feel welcome to contact the Cultural Arts Council at this email address: cacofep@gmail.com
